We give you the tools you need to make it easy to manage your rent account.
So we expect you to pay your rent on time, every time.
Whatever your circumstances, it’s always your responsibility to make sure your rent is paid at least one week in advance. Use your rent statement to stay up to date with your account.
As part of our commitment to provide you with the best value for money possible (and to cut down on the amount of paper we use), your rent statement is now online. Instead of waiting for a copy to arrive in the post, check your latest transactions whenever you need to on MyCKH.

Pay now, not later
There are consequences to not paying your rent.
You might think that falling into arrears over the summer isn’t an issue but we take all non-payment incredibly seriously. It’s not an option to choose not to pay now and pay later.
Failure to pay just one week of your rent will affect your access to our services. It’s a slippery slope and ultimately you could lose your home. Keep your account clear and in credit. Call us today to talk about building up credit on your account: 01733 396483.

Stamping out sub-letting
We’re offering a £250 reward to any of our customers who help us to identify and resolve genuine cases of sub-letting.
Sub-letting happens when a tenant stops living in their home and lets it to someone else. Sub-letting your home is against the terms and conditions of your tenancy and can lead to prosecution. We take it so seriously because sub-letting stops us from providing homes to the people who need them most. When someone moves into one of our homes, we know they really need a quality, affordable home.
We don’t believe it’s right or fair that a person should be able to make a profit from someone else in genuine need.
Since our crack down on sub-letting began, we’ve received loads of critical information from our tenants about their suspicions. Thank you to everyone who has got in touch to share these details – it’s made a huge impact on what we’ve been able to achieve.
To date, all of this information has been shared anonymously. When you contact us, just let us know your name and address and if your information helps us to take action we’ll say thanks with £250! We will never share your details with another tenant as part of our investigation.
It is possible to tackle sub-letting and we need your help to make sure our homes are available for the people who need them most.
If you suspect that someone is sub-letting their home, call us on 01733 385000 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
